Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluation and treatment planning for individuals requiring physical therapy
• Implement therapeutic procedures to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical guidelines and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
