- Full-time, Days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitative therapy services to patients in accordance with physician referrals and treatment plans
- Assess patient needs, develop treatment objectives, and implement individualized therapy programs
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in providing physical therapy services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong understanding of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
- Bilingual abilities a plus
