Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in patient condition
  • Support residents with activities of daily living as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of Maine
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working in LTC or SNF settings
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
