- Full-time, Days shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and safety standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in patient condition
- Support residents with activities of daily living as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of Maine
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF settings
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
