• Full-time, night shifts (3 shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a community hospital setting.
• Monitor and respond to telemetry patients’ cardiac and vital signs, ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR system.
• Assist with post-cardiac catheterization (post-cath) patients as needed.
• Float within scope to meet facility staffing needs across units and departments.

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Missouri or eligible via compact licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in medical-surgical or telemetry units within the past 12 months.
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and use of EPIC charting system.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with post-cath or similar cardiac procedures.
• Ability to adapt quickly to float between different units or facilities.
