Registered Nurse - Respiratory
Location: Naperville, IL
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, permanent / direct hire, night shift (7 PM – 7 AM), rotating weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state regulations, hospital policies, and procedures.
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and document pertinent observations.
• Employ critical thinking to plan, evaluate, and modify patient care as needed.
• Monitor patients’ progress and delegate appropriate care tasks to other staff members.
• Collaborate as a team member to achieve unit goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Current, active, and clean RN license in Illinois.
• Associate degree in nursing; willingness to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree within five years of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an adult inpatient setting; pulmonary experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Pulmonary nursing experience is a plus.
