What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings within a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for a diverse service population in rural Northwestern Nebraska.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, and Cardiac Rehabilitation.

• Utilize state-of-the-art facilities and rehabilitation equipment to improve patient mobility and quality of life.

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records to ensure high-quality care and compliance.

• Manage a flexible full-time schedule, with options for 8-hour or 10-hour day shifts.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (New Graduates considered).

• Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Nebraska or a valid Compact State license.

• Certification: Current BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association (AHA).

• Clinical Skills: Ability to adapt to the unique needs of a rural healthcare community across various clinical settings.
