Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.
• Deliver care that supports rural healthcare initiatives and innovative community solutions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assist in maintaining quality care standards across diverse patient populations.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of various settings and patient conditions.
• Support new graduate candidates through mentorship and professional growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in Nebraska or a Compact State.
• Active BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work full-time with 8-hour or 10-hour shifts.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and community health.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or home health therapy preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rural healthcare environment.
