Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Telemetry

• Elizabethtown, NY

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend and holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Medical/Surgical Acute unit with telemetry monitoring
• Perform clinical duties including IV therapy, EKGs, respiratory treatments, and medication administration
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care
• Document patient information using Epic ClinDoc system
• Assist with patient transport and acute care procedures as needed
• Adhere to facility protocols and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• NY Registered Nurse license or proof of application with applied date (processing time of 6-8 weeks)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (NIHSS required prior to start)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, including charge nurse experience
• Prior travel experience strongly preferred
• EPIC clinical system experience within past 2 years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with telemetry monitoring and acute care procedures
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong documentation and communication skills
