Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic cases.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic workflow.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain approval from the director for any overtime hours worked.
• Contribute to patient recovery and function improvement through personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment provided.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule of 8-hour days.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, with additional hours approved in advance.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
