Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions accordingly.
• Manage a patient load aiming for 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with the clinical team as needed.
• Ensure all therapy sessions meet clinical guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of patient care and facility efficiency.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work full-time during scheduled days.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent graduates with relevant clinical experience may be considered.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced outpatient environment.
