Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3x12-hour days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), dayshift, every other weekend, holiday rotation, on-call not required, float to other med/surg units as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit, including renal care as needed
• Monitor patient health status and respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations as part of scheduled shifts

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience
• South Carolina or Compact nursing license (must be active and in hand prior to start)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in renal or nephrology nursing preferred
• Ability to float within scope to other med/surg units
• Willingness to work a block schedule and accommodate facility needs for RTO requests
