- Full-time, Days, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation using Epic electronic charting system.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Float between med/surg units as needed to support facility operations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a medical-surgical setting.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Epic electronic medical records.
- Experience working in a hospital with multiple med/surg units.
- Ability to float and adapt to different units within scope.
