Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on a high-acuity surgical and trauma floor.
• Manage a diverse patient population including spinal, neuro, trauma, surgical, gunshot victims, quadriplegic, and paraplegic patients.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records utilizing EPIC electronic health records system.
• Support trauma and surgical unit operations during night shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a surgical, trauma, or high-acuity setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts with flexibility; no block scheduling.
• Must have a clear work history with no gaps greater than 60 days, and relevant certifications.
• Must include all demographic info, a badge-appropriate photo, and complete profile documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with neuro, spinal, trauma, or complex surgical patients.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Strong interdisciplinary communication skills.
