Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members.
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols, including required testing and documentation.
• Maintain timely and accurate records compliant with healthcare standards.
• Adhere to shift schedules and attendance policies, including RTO and absence guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Current South Carolina PTA license (must obtain prior to starting).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to pass required clinical tests on the first attempt.
• Willingness to work day shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Recent EPIC experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 1–2 years of previous PTA experience.
• Familiarity with cardiac dysrhythmia and moderate sedation testing.
• Experience with EPIC is advantageous but not essential.
