Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic needs.
• Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications as appropriate.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• May float to other clinics within the network as needed.
• Maintain productivity standards of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily, with double-booking of follow-up visits as required.

Required Qualifications
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willing to accept first-time travelers and new graduates.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Productive with a focus on patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Flexibility to float between clinics within the same region.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
