• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location
• Chattanooga, TN
Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Night shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical unit during night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient interactions and care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in Tennessee or ability to obtain licensure
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Med Surg RN
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a travel assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
