Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Monitor patient progress and respond to emergent needs during night shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize electronic health records (Epic) for documentation and communication
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety regulations
- May float within scope to other units or sister facilities as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to work 3 nights per week, with weekend requirements
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and emergency response during hurricane season if applicable
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with CRRT (Prismax) preferred
- Knowledge of Epic charting system
- Adaptability to flexible scheduling and float requirements
