Key Responsibilities
• Manage a hospital-based inpatient and outpatient physical therapy clinic, providing skilled evaluations and treatment plans.
• Support interdisciplinary team functions and collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Promote department development, optimize revenue streams, and manage expenses to maintain financial health.
• Coordinate orthopedic specialty clinics, including screening and prioritizing referrals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate, state, and federal guidelines.
• Support community health initiatives aligned with organizational mission.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Alaska licensure in good standing as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of four years of full-time patient care experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency with standard office and clinical equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous managerial experience.
• Experience working in a hospital or comprehensive clinical environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse cultural groups and in complex instructions.
