Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Implement therapy sessions to support patient recovery and communication goals
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Follow facility policies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Current certification and credentials to practice in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and patient-centered skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and treatment planning software
• Successful completion of supervised clinical training in a clinical setting
