Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 days a week, no weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in providing therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Implement treatment plans and assist with patient evaluations under supervision.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team.
• Support patients in regaining or improving their functional abilities.
• Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a safe environment for patients.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure.
• Proven experience working in a SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a similar rehabilitative setting.
• Knowledge of patient care documentation systems.
