Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient physical therapy services at a well-established skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Implement and document therapy interventions according to standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility policies and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
- License as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania
- Strong clinical skills and patient care experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
