- Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, 6-week assignments, ongoing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Complete patient assessments and document care provided
- Follow facility protocols and adhere to state regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Cover weekends and holidays as part of rotation
- Guarantee of 36 hours weekly, with overtime available
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with geriatric or long-term care populations
- BLS certification or other relevant certifications
