- Full-time, Days shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a busy acute care environment
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Float within scope to support different units and facilities as needed
- Participate in holiday and weekend rotations, including on-call responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start date
- Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience (preferably 2)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required
- Ability to work approximately 36 hours per week, with guaranteed hours and minimal call-offs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior ICU experience in a similar acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to facility needs and floating requirements
