Key Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
- Monitor patient health and maintain detailed documentation of care provided.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Provide compassionate patient care to support recovery and comfort.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Delaware registered nurse license.
- Active account with the Delaware DHSS Background Check Center for mandatory background screening and fingerprinting.
- Ability to meet staffing requirements for back-to-back shifts, including weekends.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance specific to Delaware healthcare facilities.
