Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Dayshift, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients based on individual treatment plans
- Assess patient conditions and develop customized therapy programs to improve mobility and function
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Support patient education on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or license eligibility as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting helpful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques
