Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic services to patients under supervision
• Monitor patient progress and document treatments accurately
• Support patient recovery and improve mobility and function
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• State licensure or registration as required
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate approach
