Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shift, 5x8 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and treatments for diverse patient populations.
• Float within clinical settings to assist outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) clients as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress using Epic charting system.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Alaska (or pending license accepted).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Certification in Epic charting or willingness to train.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in acute care, rehabilitation, or SNF settings.
• Comfort with float positions across multiple departments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
