- Full-time, Day shift, 5x8 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assessments and treatments for diverse patient populations.
- Float within clinical settings to assist outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) clients as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress using Epic charting system.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid physical therapy license in the state of Alaska (or pending license accepted).
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
- Certification in Epic charting or willingness to train.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in acute care, rehabilitation, or SNF settings.
- Comfort with float positions across multiple departments.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
