Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours), on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory tests accurately and efficiently according to established protocols.
- Ensure proper sample handling, processing, and analysis to support diagnostic needs.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Accurately document and report laboratory findings.
- Collaborate with laboratory team to ensure smooth workflow during night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Tennessee laboratory license in hand.
- Experience working as an MLT, Medical Technologist, or Clinical Lab Scientist.
- Ability to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) on a consistent basis.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting.
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and laboratory information systems.
