- Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shift (3x12 hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a stepdown, IMC, or PCU unit with a patient ratio of approximately 1:3
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
- Adhere to rotating holidays and weekend work schedules
- Efficiently perform IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and emergency procedures
- Follow established protocols to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Complete documentation accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of PCU experience
- Valid compact or state RN license in hand at time of submission
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Proven experience with IV starts and telemetry
- Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Experience with ultrasound guidance for IV placement is a plus
- Strong proficiency in patient monitoring and emergency response
