Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to outpatient patients, including orthopedic, work compensation, and pelvic conditions
• Manage a caseload averaging 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform follow-up visits with possible double-booking, ensuring quality care and documentation
• Collaborate with clinic team members and adhere to treatment plans and protocols
• Support clinic operations and contribute to patient recovery goals

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license or equivalent in the state of North Carolina
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work full-time days and handle a dynamic patient schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic, work compensation, or pelvic patient populations is a plus
• Prior outpatient therapy or therapy team experience preferred
• Flexibility to float to neighboring clinics if needed
