• Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts, Days shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on medical-surgical and telemetry units.
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess patient conditions, and document care plans.
• Recognize and respond to abnormal rhythms and patient emergencies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety protocols, and shift requirements.
• Complete all required assessments and certifications during orientation.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact state license in hand.
• Minimum of 18 months recent experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing.
• 18 months of permanent experience in the applicant’s specialty prior to travel.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to recognize ECG rhythms accurately.
• Must work at least every other holiday.
• Successful passing scores on ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Willingness to work 3 required shifts per week.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital setting with Cleveland Clinic or similar institution.
• Prior experience with travel nursing, if applicable.
