• Full-time, Day shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hemodialysis services in both inpatient dialysis units and bedside for ICU patients.
• Connect and disconnect patients from dialysis machines and monitor treatment.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety standards for dialysis care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Participate in on-call rotation and work every other weekend as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent dialysis experience in the specialty applying for.
• Active Ohio license or Compact license in hand at the time of submission.
• American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months.
• Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments successfully.
• Must pass BG and drug screening as per facility requirements.
• Clear FBI/BCI background check within 48 hours of signing contract.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Fresenius dialysis machines and orientation to machine operation.
• Strong understanding of hemodialysis procedures and patient care standards.
• Knowledge of ICU bedside dialysis services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, clinical environment with strict safety protocols.
