Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized surgical assistance in the CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) setting.
- Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Support surgical teams with equipment and instrument management during surgeries.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and sterile techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care during surgical procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant surgical technician experience.
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist or equivalent.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts on days.
- Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of sterile techniques and operating room protocols.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in CVOR or cardiovascular surgeries.
- Familiarity with surgical equipment used in cardiac procedures.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a high-pressure environment.
