- Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on medical-surgical units, floating between floors as needed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
Required Qualifications
- South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center or teaching hospital
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
- Flexibility to work weekends and holiday rotations
