• Rotating shifts, full-time (3 shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room environment.
• Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotations including weekends and weeknights.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with surgical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license applicable in the state of Nebraska.
• Operating Room (OR) experience required.
• Orthopedic Surgery and Neurology (Level 1 or 2) OR experience preferred.
• Ability to participate in rotating call shifts, including weekends and weeknights.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in high-acuity surgical environments.
• Familiarity with regional anesthesia protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
