• Full-time, Day Shift, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers during diagnostic and interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures in a combined IR/Cath Lab environment.
• Scrub and circulate for IR, cardiology, and vascular procedures.
• Prepare and operate specialized medical equipment including ultrasound, angiography systems, and ablation units.
• Support urgent and emergent procedures, including STEMI and IR callbacks, with a 30-minute response time.
• Follow departmental protocols for patient care, medication administration (by RN only), and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and nurses to ensure efficient and effective patient treatment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab or EP lab setting.
• IR experience required (at least 90% of procedures).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and ARRT or RCIS.
• Must have skills in scrub, circulate, perform EKG lead placement, and handle specialized equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Additional certifications such as ARRT advanced, RCES, or RCIS with prior med experience.
• Experience with advanced procedures like radiofrequency ablation, venous closure, or use of specialized lab hardware.
• Ability to support emergent cardiology and radiology procedures with quick callback response.
