- Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Intensive Medical Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown units
- Monitor and document patient conditions, ensuring safety and compliance with protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Respond promptly to clinical emergencies and patient needs
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within IMC, PCU, or Stepdown nursing
- Current and active BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia or appropriate state licensing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a 13-week contract assignment
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environments
