Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location: Tucson, AZ

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic throughput.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; OT hours require prior approval.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Relevant outpatient therapy experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Outpatient therapy experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to work at multiple clinics is not required.
• Candidates within 50 miles of Tucson are encouraged to apply.
