Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
• Monitor patient health and record clinical information accurately
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN/LPN license with active registration
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF preferred
• Strong patient care and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
