Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to healthcare plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- At least one year of experience in a LTC or SNF environment preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient care protocols
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous work experience night shifts in a long-term care setting
- BLS certification or higher preferred
