Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications, monitor patient health, and document care activities accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care and safety.
- Follow all facility protocols and state regulations.
- Must adhere to scheduled shifts and weekend commitments.
- Ensure reliable transportation to and from the work site.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Vermont.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Ability to work 8.5-hour night shifts, five days a week.
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate certifications as required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly or chronically ill residents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
