Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Commit to working every weekend as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Vermont.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to obtain all necessary RTO approvals as specified in contract.
- Must be able to commit to every weekend schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
