Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing gynecologic procedures, including therapeutic abortions and robotic hysterectomies
• Assist with the preparation and operation of surgical equipment, including robotic systems such as Da Vinci
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Support unit operations and float within surgical services areas as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state, in-hand at start
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a registered nurse in a surgical or perioperative setting
• BCLS certification required prior to start date
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with robotic surgery procedures and robotic systems training preferred
• Knowledge of gynecologic surgical procedures, including therapeutic abortions and hysterectomies
• Experience in a hospital setting with patient diagnoses involving women aged 12 and up
