• Days, full-time (1 shift per week)

Key Responsibilities
• Assist surgical team by handling instruments, supplies, and equipment during invasive procedures
• Ensure the sterile environment and proper functioning of surgical tools and equipment
• Perform counts and maintain sterile technique before and during procedures
• Help in draping the sterile field and passing instruments to the surgeon
• Aid in terminal cleaning and preparing instruments for sterilization
• Support training of new employees and students in the surgical technologist role

Required Qualifications
• Graduation from a trade or technical school with a certificate or diploma in Surgical Technology
• Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
• At least one year of previous experience preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Familiarity with operating room procedures and sterile techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
