Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to medical-surgical patients on a 30-bed unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure effective patient recovery and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to hospital protocols.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and ensure timely completion of all assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines, including BLS certification requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 1+ years of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in a level 1 trauma or mid-large hospital setting.
• Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience caring for a diverse patient population.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hospital-specific policies and electronic health records.
