Key Responsibilities
• Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedures.
• Assist in preparing the operating room and ensuring all surgical tools are sterile and ready.
• Develop an understanding of the specific surgical procedures to anticipate the surgeon’s needs.
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure patient safety throughout the procedure.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.

Required Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
• Ability to handle surgical instruments and supplies accurately.
• Good understanding of maintaining sterile environment in the operating room.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rotating shift schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working as a Surgical Technician preferred.
• Knowledge of specific surgical specialties is a plus.
