Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Follow established therapy protocols and uphold professional standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field.
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with pediatric or adult therapy procedures.
