- Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Support patients in rehabilitation activities to improve daily living skills
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
- Carry out therapy exercises and activities as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
Required Qualifications
- Current certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience in occupational therapy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of therapy equipment and documentation procedures
