• Full-time, rotating shifts, 3x12 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Adhere to facility protocols and charting requirements, including Epic documentation.
• Cover rotating day and night shifts based on facility needs, with some occasional accommodations.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as required by the facility.
• Work efficiently within staffing ratios and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license with application submitted (pending license accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year LTC/SNF experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts per week, including holidays.
• Must be willing to work a rotating schedule with day and night shifts.
• Must be at least 50 miles away from the facility, non-local candidates only.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic charting.
• Prior LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Able to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
