Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Night shifts (3x12 hours)
• Rotating weeknights and weekends
• Travel assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to patients in the ICU, PCU, or Stepdown units within a hospital setting.
• Float between different units within the organization as needed.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments according to physician orders.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU or Med-Surg nursing experience.
• Valid Illinois or Compact state license at the time of submission.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification required.
• EPIC electronic medical record experience.
• Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly.
• Willingness to work rotating weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with the Ohio State University health system or similar hospital environments.
• Comfortable with float assignments across multiple units.
